SCOPE

The Virtual Wedding Pavilion is designed to provide a central online resource for everything gay-wedding related in the SF Bay Area, from Wedding Planners to honeymoon packages. This special wedding section of the GGBA website will be specifically promoted through search engines and banner links to the best ability of the GGBA.

RATES

Member prices start at just $250 for four months run time. This will provide complete coverage until the November election, when we will all know more about the future of same-sex marriage in California. Non-member prices start at $500 for the same period.

AD SIZE & PLACEMENT

The GGBA Wedding section will provide two different ad sizes, one rectangle 240 pixels by 120 pixels, and a square format of 240 x 240 pixels. The larger size ad will cost $500 for GGBA members and $1000 for non-members. All ads shall be static images in JPG format. Placement of the actual ads on the webpage will be at the discretion of the designers, and there will be no premium placement options at this time. A page will contain no more than eight banner ads and contain a large arrow button for browsing to other pages in the section. If enough vendors advertise in one specific category, the GGBA may also categorize these pages by service or product type. Otherwise ads will be placed by a first-come-first-served basis, with full pages added to the section as needed.

PAYMENT

Fees will be charged for the placement of ads in advance, on a one-time basis until such time as the permanency of same-sex marriages is determined. At such time, the program will be re-evaluated and fees and billing cycles may change going forward. A sliding scale shall be applied to vendors advertising for shorter periods of time should they come in late to the program.
